Privacy Policy

This page describes what happens to information you share with us through this site, in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.

What we collect

The only thing you actively give us is what you type into the contact form. Separately, Cloudflare, as the host of this site, receives ordinary connection information such as your IP address and browser type on every request you make here, the way any web host does; that happens automatically, whether or not you ever fill in the form.

• Name, so we know who to address in a reply.
• Email address, so we can reply to you; it is also set as the reply-to address on the email we receive.
• Project type (website, AI automation, or both), so we can route the conversation before we even open it.
• Current site URL, optional, so we can look at what you already have before we respond.
• Message, the enquiry itself.

What happens to it

When you submit the form, it goes to our own server function, which passes your message into an email and hands that email to Resend, our email delivery provider, which delivers it to our studio inbox. Nothing you submit is written to a database, because this site does not have one. The form also runs automated spam screening before any of that happens, so submissions from bots are discarded and never reach an inbox. Cloudflare, which hosts this site and runs that server function, and Resend, which delivers the email, are the only two companies that ever see what you submit.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and uses no advertising or tracking pixels. Because none of that exists here, there is no cookie banner. There is nothing to consent to.

How long we keep it

An enquiry email stays in our studio inbox as ordinary business correspondence. We do not set a fixed deletion date on it.

Getting your data removed

Email us at the address below and ask us to delete your message. We will remove it from our inbox.

Selling data

We do not sell data, and we could not if we wanted to. There is no database, no list, and no third party we hand your information to beyond the two named above.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses looking to hire a design studio, not at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
